Well, here it is, Sunday afternoon. I’m drinking a bourbon and coke, smoking a Nicaraguan Madura cigar, and hanging out with the pullet that thinks I’m its momma. She’s funny.

Gonna grill a Mexican fajita marinaded flank steak on the Big Green Egg, eat fajitas, drink another B&C, watch Alone, sleep in my own bed next to my sweet yet strong wife and canine children, get up at 6 am, drink coffee until 7, watch the rioting, eat breakfast, hand-pollinate my vegetables, then head off to wrap up last week’s kitchen remodel.

Life is good, y’all. Life. Is. Good!

Just because you meet pimp who have some side legal job for IRS, it doesn't mean that 125000 possible running at 40 cmp :)
And let's do the math, we trucker good at it , right?
To be able to make 120 000$ per year while running at 40 c/mile you need to run 300 000 miles , now 300 000/52 weeks = 5,7xxx miles EVERY SINGLE WEEK / 70 legal hours = your average speed should be around 80 MHP EVERY SINGLE LEGAL HOUR FOR 52 WEEKS STRAIGHT, and congratulations you made 120 000 at 40 cmp

My stove vent sucks. What's the best stove vent to keep the walls and ceiling clean?
The one I have now is actually the bottom of the microwave that is mounted directly over the stove.

The sad truth is if you want really good ventilation, you’ve got to spend some decent bucks. That microwave/hood combo might pull 125 CFM if it’s vented right. Put a couple of 90’s and/or a long run between the hood and the roof vent, and you go down significantly.

When I remodeled our kitchen, I wanted to be able to blacked a buttered ribeye in the kitchen, so I spent $1500 on a Dacor remote inline blower, power pack, and stainless steel hood liner. I still had to build the wood hood myself. It draws around 650 CFM. Some units go way past that.

That was over 15 years ago. Most people don’t place that much value on proper hood vents, but my wife and I are avid cooks. Shoot, I could have cooked boiled chitterlings in the house when she was going through chemo, and she wouldn’t have noticed.

You can probably find an adequate vent hood from www.vent-a-hood.com. Four or five hundred CFM would work for most cooking tasks.

    From my channel.

    I'll look at the videos.
Not sure I can do a roof vent. I'll have to get someone to check that.
Don't mind spending a decent amount of money as long as can keep that greasy, oily air out of the kitchen. She cooks mostly Chinese food with lots of oil, spices, soy sauce, and on and on with shrimp, fish, etc. I don't really care for all that, but live with it.
    Appreciate the information.

Checked your videos and that's what I want. The one you have has a strong draw and that's what I need.
