Do I need turn this paper in to my boss ? Will I get fired ? Last question will this show up on my driver liscense ? My last post was taken down some of you might know that , but all seriousness I’m on my way home and can’t get this off my mind . it will not show on your CDL//MVR or DMV report

it WILL show on the company CSA

it WILL show up on your PSP

you need to turn it into your boss

you might be fired, suspended, laid off, who knows for sure?

you will, then let US know

Dude just call your boss and tell them what happened. Is your boss that mean that he/she would fire you for 1 violation? I think honesty is the best policy. Your just assuming what will happen but, you do not know for sure.

Seems like you’re worried about losing your job more than anything.. Unless you’re a problem child with your company, I don’t see it as something that would get you fired.

Best to just let your boss know and see what happens.

or, his boss can be doing a balancing act now, with some of his other drivers, and this can be the straw that breaks the camels back.

The inspection report has to be turned in to your company within 15 days, they have to sign it and send it back to the state that issued it. That way the state that issued it knows that you told your company about it.

Yes, it will show up on the carrier’s CSA.

Yes, it will show up when you or prospective employers check your PSP

No, it will not show up on your MVR if someone checks your license.

Will stay on PSP for 3 years. After that it drops off.

Let dispatch know immediately, that way you are not hiding anything. They will tell you what to do.

If it's the first one, don't worry too much. If it's the second you are in trouble. Most places won't hire you with more than 2.
