Don't Know if This Is The Right Decision or Not. Any advice?

    Man. So your telling the cost of your damages was a lot more than your paychecks? If you look at it like that, then it should be easy to decide if you need to switch jobs. Just know you will be on the hook for the CDL costs. Something worth mentioning here: the company your talking to may pay off what you owe to your current company. Some companies do that. Maybe you can inquire about that.

    You know, I bet those checks are low because they took the cost of their repairs out of your check. It takes talent to be out here that long and only make 100 dollars in a week.

    ####! 200 dollars per week? Crazy

    All these stories make me appreciate my company even more. Started at .38 cents per mile with an average miles per week of “as many as you can” and then 6 years later I was at .50 cents per week on a dedicated drop and hook run that exhausted my 70 hour clock. They even helped me out when I bought my own truck

    I just found out today I'm the last remaining person from my driving school class still at PAM . And it's only been 3 months since we all graduated and got CDLs....
