Those EFS checks do bounce and that is if you dont get the digits correct. Lets say you are supposed to write '954' and you write '945', yeah sure it will bounce.

Or if you scribble some numbers that cant be read by the truck stop employee, yeah they will bounce. Also dont include any dashes in the number as that will cause the EFS check to bounce as well.

This is why 80% come here to complain about companies, you simply cannot read or make common sense of what has been told to you. I can’t say it’s surprising, common sense is a thin commodity nowadays

 

That is exactly what the recruiter said. "If you join the company as a LLC partner and you pay $2500 you get that back, plus 25% of the profits." Yes, I know it's not 25% of the company's profit, it's more than likely 25% of the profit of that particular drivers truck. The recruiter didn't spell that out as I facetiously pointed out in another post. I'll also point out that it was he that said 52% of drivers made bonus slightly more than half. Again I think that's nothing to brag about.

Are these crooks still in business? Worst company i ever drove for and it ain't even close. When i left they owed me around $4000 which made up 2 bonuses and some other stuff. Never saw a penny. Danny is a liar and his brother and sister are creeps too. Do not under any circumstances do the K-1.
