I was told it's a 100w amp for the CB, but when I hooked it up, it didn't seem to boost the signal.
Does this look familiar to anyone?

Look at the SO-239 connector on the back for the ANT. See how that one pice in the center is bent? That will do it, or give you a bad reading.
Try carefully bending it back so it will contact the center pin and check it again. It's probably too late, but it's worth a shot. -

That's a female connector, no pins are bent. The edge is worn off of a couple of the teeth

It doesn't seem like much, but something like that can burn up the amp or give you a false reading. It would be worth trying to bend it back as it's a quick test. Hopefully it's not too late.
