CORRECTION: Mexican milk snakes also have red and black bands, and they are also non-venomous. Regardless, if the red bands touch the black bands, the snake is non-venomous.

And east of I-35 they have Eastern Diamondbacks. West of I-35 Western Diamondbacks.
