It might have something to do with the truck driver that stabbed their employees to death in nearby Strawberry Plains. You never know who you're dealing with when you knock on the door of a truck. You know it's a thief in this instance. If they steal a parking space, they might be willing to steal someone's life.
Why pay for reserved parking when truck stops will let anybody park there for free!?!

Well as a frequenter bobtail parking in the RV section.
They totally are allowed to knock on your door.
They would do it every night at the one in Waco when two Conway's would be parked back to back.
.....we just never answered so they stopped bothering us. Some of them would get all to yelling and knocking HARD I'd just be in the back laughing.
You were supposed to park by the Harley shop but ehhh I gotta back my teammate up already in the slot lol.Another Canadian driver and Canadianhauler21 Thank this. -

I was at the flying J close to La/Tx border. Got a knock on my door at 6 am to move my truck out of reserve parking. Had to move to Loves across the street. They were repaving the lot. I called corporate. They called the GM, apologized and returned my money, plus gave me a free night.
The employees at the one you were at were being lazy. I have seen them knock and make people move. The last time was Saturday night at the Pilot in El Paso, TX.Rocks, TripleSix, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Hey hey hey...I'm working hard here staring at the protestors for my own amusement getting paid thru my government contract.
I give this fella a 30 on the arm and a 60 potential on the running from tear gas scale. He got the boots tucked in.
Should be interesting to watch bunch of groups in town ready to tear #### up. I do miss sitting on my ### and getting paid to watch baseball
Have fun out there guy. -
They usually ride around in the golf cart checking those tickets. Some truck stops will call the law on those drivers. Some drivers get away with parking in reserved. I have, but it was late as hell when I did it. When the truck stop is clearing out

I have NEVER encountered your situation. I will reserve parking from time to time. My spot has always been available. I think your case is the exception and not the rule.
