What is a good rate to figure on with authority

Southern Illinois about two hours from St. Louis 3 from Nashville And three from Indianapolis

 

Southern Illinois about 2.5 hours southeast of St.Louis

 

Whereabouts are you from I’m mainly looking from Dallas east for running area up to Chicago avoid Florida and avoid anything north or east of Pennsylvania
