Just my opinion but unpaid line 4 is just an incentive to cheat the eld. I’m thinking this company is not very safety oriented.

    BreadMakesMePoop and G13Tomcat Thank this.

They have mileage and stop pay option.
Two to three weeks running, check your numbers and see which pay structure works best.
    Will keep on reporting.

Lonesome and Suspect Zero Thank this.

Pay options is a big red flag just the company dreaming up ways to put lipstick on a pig. Unless they let you pick your loads pay options are a joke.

    Nope.com

The long list of nopes can't be listed without a separate forum.

    Just nope.
    Shoddy equipment.
Pay isn't anything close to advertised.
Majority east coast work...which isn't a problem...but for the pay vs time away from home vs freight lanes they run...
    Nope. Doesn't add up.

I toughed it out for 90 days...as to not pay them back $500 bucks for drug screen, physical, etc...
Lots of red flags but the paid hourly plus ot grabbed my attention.
    Nope.

1200 minimum weekly if one leaves out by Sunday 1400
Then, you look over your check and didn't receive the minimum.
Half my checks have been short.
"Put it on next week's check" seems to be the answer to everything.

Just nope all the way around.

Coming from my own truck to company has been beyond eye-opening.
Things haven't really changed since I was originally a company driver, but man have the restrictions gotten tighter.
These cameras facing out and me...
    Blah blah blah

    90 day trial run.
    Resounding no.

Must research this JAT of Ft Wayne...
1200 minimum guaranteed? Home is only an hour and a half away from them. Did they provide transportation to orientation?

You leaving a pile of money behind if giving away 2 hours loading/unloading which quickly accumulates over $5K annually.

    So yeah...

    One year check-up.
    Toughed it out.
    Pay has changed...for the better.
Quality of equipment has changed...for the worse.
Decent enough minimum pay for 5.5 day runs. $1700
If anyone even cares or interested in this company, drop me a line.

Figure I'd stop by and say hello.
    Hello.
