    For the most part the managers I dealt with were fair. It is a very political place. Short of bashing them here, I wouldn't work for them again.

    It's hard for me to say if it's the same where you're at. Best advice I can give is to interview as many drivers as you can from that terminal. (Ideally away from the terminal) to get the scoop on how things are there.

    Keep in mind, recruiters are basically just marketers for job vacancies and you're not going to get any honesty from them or management about the BS that might go on there.
