Has anyone heard of this problem ? I have a 2016 Kenworth t680, when I dump the air out of the rear bags it will not reinflate after the toggle is switched back. I have already installed a new rear level/dump switch. If I turn off the ignition and wait for several minutes before turning the truck on again, it will then reinflate the rear airbags ...???

If switching the ignition off then back on "fixes" it. It could be a relay. I think there are about 2,000,000 of them on these newer trucks! Good luck

Just an update on my old question. What the dealer finally found out, was on the last software update the truck body ecm was wiped and running on a default program.
Found this because I was stopped at a Canadian MTO scale and was informed that my daytime running lights were not working. Once the proper program was activated the daytime running lights, side signal lights, and suspension dump started working. I spent so much time and $ trying to find the problem only to find a software glitch !!!
Now I am afraid to ask the dealer to do something about the idle shutdown !!!650cat425, BoxCarKidd, Dockbumper and 2 others Thank this. -
Ah so the new guy forgot to turn the applicable parameters back on after an update I guess?
