That’s the rumor so I guess time will tell, we’ve lost a few drivers here in Pasadena so that’s not good and we also lost a very popular dispatcher as well

superior has lost quite a few everywhere from what I'm hearing. I've personally had no issues with teh camera yet, but I will say having driven the internationals also with the brendix system I like that better then I at least know I'm speeding lol. I'm not a fan of the copilot gps software routing looking at the PA tri state area it gets really creative with scenic routing I also find the speed limit displayed do not match the roadyway signs.

Another rumor floating around I keep hearing is the cameras are due to heniff not being self insured, currently everything far as I know superior is still self covered. I'm okay with us not being self insured but I do wonder if this is going to largely effect were we can go get loads and unloaded I know some of the refineries require companies to be self insured and have a large bond to gain access.

Insurance companies are going to require all commercial vehicles have cameras in their vehicles before too long, and besides trucking companies are getting sick and tired of these nuclear verdicts when they get taken to court behind an accident. The only option will be for drivers to leave the industry completely

If they follow typical private equity playbook two companies will be created from what is now Heniff. One will have all the underperforming assets (in this case the terminals) and as much debt as they can load up on. That will be spun off and sold, the money from which goes to the PE investors as profit.

Even if a Burns bought back Superior I doubt it would be the same, you'd have way more debt, and all the worst performing terminals.
