I am looking at training with Prime - advice?

Chinatown is the one you want to listen to when it comes to companies. But most Mega's are bottom feeder types and will work you almost as slave labor, unless you luck out by some chance, and get a decent fleet manager. But they will work the crap out of you for the first year, since they paid the bill to get your CDL, so most will think they own you.

I am telling the OP what Prime has to offer, results speak the loudest.

 

Why does a company with thousands of drivers constantly need more? How many answers do you want?

Prime is a mega, sure, but it's not a terrible company, from anything I have seen.

 

What's their turnover rate? Probably 100%? That should tell you something. You will make more money at McDonald's.

 

No, McDonalds won't let you work as long...

 

They don't make their turnover rate public and I asked you a question don't talk around it. If Prime is such a terrible company then why does my money look the way it does with $300,000 in the bank?

That number (Your supposed bank account) doesn't mean anything... So many variables factor in to a pay check for a person who is starting out. Assuming that your screen shot is true.... Good for you. Does that mean everyone who works for Prime will make even close to 300K a year?

I'll put it bluntly. Get a life and some common sense.
