Speaking of that, I noticed I wasn’t charged an attendance point for it... this explains it lol

Now if you make a habit of it, well maybe they would start charging a point, I don't know though, I never tested that theory lol.

I’m not about to. If I’m calling off it’s going to be legitimate. I don’t ever want my reputation to be surrounded with doubt of excrementbaggery.

How many attendance points can you get and what happens the more you get?

I’m not really well versed in the point system to be honest. All I know is that 12 points I believe is termination, calling off with adequate notice is 1 point and calling off within 2 hours or less is 1.5 (I believe). Points accumulated drop off on a rolling calendar.

I’ve never had attendance issues at any job I’ve had since I started working at 13, so I don’t pay much mind to those policies.

It’s pretty amazing how many people max their points out here. I save mine for if I’m really sick or really bad storm they won’t cancel. But They've been good about canceling runs when it’s bad. So I haven’t used a call off since I’ve been here.

12 points in one calendar year, so January to January, as McUzi said on the 12th point you are done, points reset to zero every January.

Same here, I try to save my PTO days also, they make a nice bonus check at the end of the year, but if I have to use one I will, I still have 9 days left, the extra 5 for that covid thing.

Ahh I was mistaken on the calendar part. I thought it was a rolling calendar not a yearly calendar.
