Are u able to work with other brokers outside of landstar or do u have to do everything "in house" ? As in working off their load board and their agents only

You can - but then you’d have to run it through a LS agency, therefore doing all the work for them, but yes - it’s possible.

Or just grab it from [non-racist-generic-name-for-someone-who's-scabbing-off-the-boards] who's already double brokering it through Landstar Nigeria lol.

Late to the party, but there’s a pole company up the road from my customer that loves anyone with a stretch trailer. My old man has been working with them for a bit and been good money on legal loads, not sure where they sit on the poles requiring stretch trailer.

You end up around the panhandle or mobile area and house/shop/car always open for you.

I sure appreciate it. For some reason I thought you were in the Northeast?

Ah I was, left just shy of 3 years. Makes it much easier working with the furniture living down here too. You still have same #? I switched mine to a local 251, but pretty sure I still have you. Yeah anytime you find yourself down here make yourself at home!

Same number for 15 years. I would have swung by had I known you were there.

    I was in Alachua, FL.

I have found that people that have never worked for LS know more than I do.
