    My question is: who's buying?

I'm holding on to my cash. Not gonna saddle myself with $70k in debt no matter how good the financing is.

Does anyone even buy new anymore? All advertising I've seen or heard in the last few years is all leasing.

I do. Well did. I put too many miles on my vehicles for leasing to be worth it. With the cost and poor build quality of today's vehicles my next one will most likely be early 90s or older. Cheap and can be fixed with a Fisher-Price toolset lol.

I have had two Impalas. You really can't beat them. My 2007 had 178K miles and ran perfect when I sold it. My 2010 has 96K and feels like a new car. That 3.5/3.6 is just great. I see them advertised with 280K on them all the time.

Well, to get back to the original story, and satisfy the hijackers, here is some backround on the whole thing:

The 600ft RoRo was carrying a consignment of used cars intended for export to the West African market. The ship’s most recent port call was Freeport, Texas. Its next scheduled stop was to be Baltimore, Maryland.

So it was total junk on board, and a small ship anyway. Won't affect any prices, new or used.

Love those LTZs if they have a sunroof. That Crystal Red is the stuff.

Sunroof and charcoal gray buddy ....always garaged and pampered.
I don't drive it much and about ready to do pads and rotors due to better half being hard on brakes .

I'm coming up on the last payment on The Maro.

    It's at 9200 miles.

Thought about a nice pick up.

Thought about no more car payments too.
