Welp same issue just brought me here... 2 amber engine lights were on at first. I was having problems going over 55 mph too. Didn't think anything of it because I was hauling uphill.
About 50 miles in, the DEF starts blinking, but my DEF tank is full. While reading this thread & preparing to see my pockets get lighter, the DEF light just stopped blinking. #RandomAF
Guess I'll be changing the sensors, inspecting the wiring & cleaning the connectors. Does anyone have any part numbers? -

ENG 1 SPN 2631 FML 1 - Low Air flow
EEC 61 SPN 4364 FML 18 - NOX sensor
EEC 61 SPN 3364 FML 2 - Bad DEF quality
I got fuel & DEF at Love's in Pecos, TX. Spent a 10 in Van Horn. Started up & had all these codes & engine lights. Did a parked regen in El Paso.
Pointed her East, set the cruise to 70 & I've made it to Midland so far without any issues.. -
GameDayDog Thanks this.

Well.. i didn't do anything but the parked regen.. I picked up my next load in Dallaa. Started the truck & all my codes had cleared.. Knock on wood she stays that way for a week or two.. hahaha

How do you do a forced regen? I have 2011 with dd15 won’t do a regen

Also I have the two yellow engine lights on and a flashing yellow light on my DEF gauge and I have one code that is EEN 3361
