You have heater hose elbows on firewall that could be leaking and giving you smell in cab and also running down breather tube. You should have shut off valves on them at the water pump, just turn them off and see what happens. I don't see the thru head adapters causing coolant into oil. The thru head adapter o ring only prevents oil from leaking. They have a relief hole that can leak fuel if a restriction is present but there is no coolant related passage here. If you are seeing green antifreeze dripping on ground it can't be running out of blowby tube because it would be mixed with oil and not straight antifreeze.

I was referring to the adapter that the nozzle itself fits in, not the line adapter through the head. Tie you a paper towel around the base of the draft tube about an inch from the bottom and see if it's external of the tube or internal. If you're seeing that much coolant coming from inside the draft tube, you definitely got serious problems and it should be showing up on your dipstick, and you should be gaining oil. If you're not seeing that, it's got to be an external source.

is there even some type of coolant tube up inside the head????? that even allows coolant to be up in the head area?

like you said. milky oil from the tube but i don't see how just plain coolant could leak from inside the tube. i've seen a few heads. but never noticed any type of coolant tubing.

i could see a possible crack on top of the head that extends into the coolant passages. but again. that would result in milky oil.

I had a customer that had this issue on a Detroit 12.7. Perfect anti-freeze coming out the blow by tube. Ended up putting a head on it to clear up the issue.
