Have to use some common sense, to avoid trouble. Even then, it can find you. In Louisiana a Sheriff has a lot of Power. Trying to argue or fight them is futile. There’s no way you can win. He’s Lucky he didn’t go to jail, and get the rig impounded. I’m not defending the Officer. But that’s just the way it is in Louisiana. Rather deal with the State Poice, than a Sheriffs Deputy.

 

Here is part one... This driver needs to have a billy club shoved up his rear... He is being difficult and argumentative, how many times does the officer ask him for his ID?

 

I was leaning towards the driver's side until he said he was from there and had been on the ramp taking a 34 because his Aunty wouldn't answer the phone.

 

Looks like he was barely on the exit ramp. More like he was just parked on the shoulder. He has a weak argument. An accident waiting to happen. What an idiot. He gets what he deserves. No need for any of it. He brought it all on himself.

 

frankly, no cop needs to know about ELD, drive time, what ever.

you park where you are NOT supposed to park, and you get a ticket.

Ok, well if that's true, explain to all of us why its ok for someone to speak to that driver that way, but is not ok for someone to speak to you that way???? I get it the guy didn't manage his time correctly and took his 34 on the shoulder, he is a moron!!!!

 

Cuz the driver was playing the stupid card and arguing like a 6 year old would. The cop shoulda spanked him and sent him to his room. The cop was probly his uncle anyways.

 

After watching the first part, he is a complete idiot, he should have been arrested and his truck towed. But I can tell you this I don't let anyone talk to me that way...
