OOS For Log Violation After Accident

Easily could be, new paint doesn't cost that much.

 

Has the old style door handles, can’t remember what year those switched. 02-03 maybe? Either way, his engine was probably exempt or at least the sticker had been changed to say so.

Next time someone wants to know if this truck is elog exempt show them this article.. all it takes is a camera or your phone to nail you if something goes wrong.. now he’s going to be sued out the ying yang .

Everyone is stuck on the idea that this guy was probably on paper logs and cheating... But it's just as likely that he was on elogs and used Personal Conveyance when he shouldnt have... I know for a fact that is considered "Falsification of Logs" by DOT.

So all you guys that use PC... Best make sure you are doing it legal, if not it could really bite you in the ads.
