The people who took this video should be held up as good examples to everyone making videos of accidents with their cellphones:
1. They positioned the car so they could get the best angle.
2. The camera was oriented horizontally.

Clearly empty, they didn't have much choice. If they stopped, it would have blown over anyway. Tough call on a bridge like that.
