Hurricane Sally blows.....a truck over on the bay bridge

CODE BROWN, I REPEAT CODE BROWN!!!!!!

 

Only one? Not much of a blow to push only one truck over.

 

It takes a special kind of fool to drive during a hurricane landfall.

 

The people who took this video should be held up as good examples to everyone making videos of accidents with their cellphones:

1. They positioned the car so they could get the best angle.
2. The camera was oriented horizontally.

Since the schools don't teach anything useful anymore, maybe this could be added to the curriculum.

 

Clearly empty, they didn't have much choice. If they stopped, it would have blown over anyway. Tough call on a bridge like that.

 

they had a choice not to drive through that area that day. even if they didn't check the weather they've should've headed to the nearest safe haven when winds picked up.

some truckers think they're invincible because they're in a big rig.

 

Well, yes and no, asking a lot for a driver to check the weather. There were times I've left and the weather changed, and wished I had checked the weather. I'll agree with the last line, there is a false sense of security in a semi,,,until this point, anyway..
