    What jumps out to me immediately is how much bigger in diameter one is compared to the other. That in itself ain't good.

    I’d run it. Take a razor knife or a small grinding wheel, if it’s bothering you and get your groove back, Lol. They’ll be ready to replace soon enough. I go by the 2 treads idea. If it’s about 4”x4”, that’s a problem. I must admit though, last violation I got was for flat spots on a trailer tire. DOT quoted all the same stuff that Zvar posted. 2 flat spots got me in trouble in Louisiana. First time I ever got fined, $15.
