I hear ya. I'm here because of the lane up and down I-35. Plenty of home time. I have no desire at this stage in my career to go back to running all 48.

    Silverdriver and jason6541 Thank this.

Yeah, I have noticed a drop, too. Last week, zero paycheck. Got home two days early, off five instead of three, comeback on Monday, thanks to five hour wait at shipper, had little chance of delivering on Tues before cutoff, so delivered Wed. Same set up, but different shipper gonna try to deliver Tues and get 3500 instead of 2800 for the week. The loads going to Joliet Home Depot.

In Winston Salem along with three other FCC trucks at this "Liberty" hardware waiting to get loaded. Been in the door for three hours and the dockplate not even lowered. I told the guy that they have a nice place here. He told me "When you leave, you're not gonna think so." He should have said " If you leave". These Home Depot shippers are giving me that old reefer feeling again. Should change the name from Liberty, to "Imprisoned" hardware.

Sounds like your day is similar to mine. On another Lozier CF, details to come if I ever get unloaded.

Its now 2211, light is still green, dockplate still up. At this point, I just as soon wait until the morning to get out of here. The only trucks to get loaded are LTL and local. There were three other FCC trucks here and still are. What a crap show! Might as well ask for layover.

And now you know why that guy said what he did. How much longer is FCC going to let this go on? My impression was that they didn’t put up with stuff like this.

    gntorres61 and Crusader66 Thank this.

Yep, mine too. Interested to hear what the mothership will say about this. Ready to unhook from this trailer and go take a dump, a shower, shampoo, and shave. Makes me wonder if pickens ain't gettin' slim out here.

    Crusader66 Thanks this.
