I have a 2012 Cascadia and I have a air leak on the firewall. It’s on the drivers side above the PNDB box. I was adjusting my brakes and heard the air leaking.
I don’t think the fitting can be replaced but I’m not 100% sure it’s the black air line in the picture attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Safe travels!
Does anyone know what this is?

Spray some soapy water on it to be sure. After that, pull the line and re-seat it. If that doesn't work, cut 1/2" off, and re-seat. If that doesn't work, pull the collar out and replace the O-ring.

I have a thin carburetor spring, and I bent one end of it into a very small hook. Works great for pulling out those O-rings. But if they're dry-rotted, it will ruin them. So make sure you have a new O-ring on hand before you go digging in there.PoleCrusher and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
Got it!!! Gonna grab some o-rings and see what happens! Thanks a lot. Greatly appreciate your help!!!!

I’ll let you know the outcome.

You're welcome. Is that line 1/4 or 3/8? I can give you a rough O-ring size.

If it's 3/8, you're looking at possibly a 110, or a 204. I have a push-connect on my truck that's a 204, but the rebuild kit for the push connects in the tank are a 110.
