my take on it is this:
I have never bought a truck with resale in mind.
I buy what I need................not what i might have to sell sometime in the future.

Remember, the number 1 problem of Mega fleets is driver turnover. The AMT is a partial solution to that problem. If they train them into an AMT, they then are less able to jump to another carrier...... Win-win....lose for the driver monkey.
