Watched the video how was the dump truck driving reckless ? He was in middle lane

 

It looked like he was just tooling along and the bus made a left turn off the ramp right in front of him!

 

Because he was 1,000 yards from a wreck it's his fault. I thought you've been a driver long enough to know that.

 

I’m not buying that BS either. This is 100% all on the bus driver IMO.

 

Gotta love America. I'm suprised they didn't try and sue the guy who planted the grass in the median too.

 

Shame on him. Throw lawsuits out and see what sticks.

 

Lol. Said bus is ( was) seat belt equipped. With a goofball like that driving the bus..they should wrap the passengers in bubble wrap and give them a full face motorcycle helmet to wear.

 

No respect for the teachers family from me. The dump truck driver was as much an inocent victim as the kids. He and his company shouldn’t even be a thought for a pay day. Might as well sue the parents of the living students on the grounds of survivors guilt. Smh.
