So you're running drop axles on the tractor and 3 or 4 axle on the possum belly trailer? Are there scales on your equipment? Learn how to use them. When we go overweight here we just dump it off the trailer. Either open the back door or one of the small legalizing doors on the side if you have those.
I run chips and bark in Washington. We run up to 105,500. When we run into Oregon, we are only allowed up to 102,500. Maybe it's different rules in Georgia?
Just load slow. Don't get in a hurry. That's when you overload.
