    Brake chamber failure maybe? That was a USF truck(Holland or Redaway). Their equipment tends to be worn out whenever I see it.

    All 8 of them? No, I simply don't believe he actually set the brake. Heck not even saying he's lying. He might be convinced he did, but how many times a day does he hop out of the truck a day? No, it' much more likely he thought he set the brake, didn't, and it rolled.

    Well the article says the brakes on the trailer weren’t able to keep the tractor from rolling.There is a possibility that there was a major failure in the brake system. And USF’s trailers aren’t exactly in the best shape,especially out west.

    Driver a millenial didnt feel that adjusting the brakes was necessary. After all its a company truck. Why bother?????????????
