Taking away the fuel service charge

    What do you think about a flatbed oil field hauler that took away the FSC for its Owner Operators ?
    In an effort to give the Billion dollar oil drilling company a cheaper rate.
    To add more insult the competition has a lower backhaul rate so guess who hauls the equipment back ?
    Anybody ever found that backhaul fuel island pump ?
