They got it last year. It's nice but I miss the old Coronado. Lol. This one has the 12 speed auto and it rides nice. The Coronado was better looking to me though. But I'll drive whatever they have. Lol

    I like it!

I liked the Coronado also but I like the graphics and crimson color on this one better.

The bonus comes in a separate hard check that you can pickup in safety on or after October 31. You can request they mail it your home.

Is Liberty a drop hook? Erik Andry told me FCC would put a drop trailer there to alleviate those nice 18-20 hour waits there.

Headed home with a Four Oaks load. Nice week. Snuck home for a 30 hour drive by, went to West Point VA, took paper to Coon Rapids MN, then a load from Coon Rapids to La Vista NE, then to Council Bluffs yard for a short hop to Walmart in North Platte (d/h) over to Broken Bow and boogying back to Carolina. 3500 miles. Been doing 28-2900 last couple of weeks. Solid!

Not sure if it’s a DnH yet... I have an assigned time to be there and not a range of hours so that leads me to believe they haven’t been able to set it up like that yet. I expressed concern about the time between my drop in Four Oaks and Liberty (1.5 for a 2.5 hour trip) was told “do your best”... Four Oaks can drop early so it’s a good thing my wife goes to work early. I’d rather leave out early than waste half a day before getting rolling anyway.

When I expressed concern about what I was hearing about Liberty I was assured FCC was aware and working on it... so that leads me to believe I might be waiting a bit.

But I DO know and trust FCC is working on it.

Does that job come with any cool perks like watching games? Or is it get there, work and sleep when you can, and then drive back?

Ok, after the post I just read about the status of two company trailers I just need to post the following:

THANK YOU to the FCC COMPANY for maintaining our Trucks and Trailers... for setting that bar high internally first... for Leading By Example... for Walking The Walk and not just Talking The Talk!!!

THANK YOU to the FCC DRIVERS who help to maintain our equipment between Shop Visits... who don’t pass along headaches to other... who are willing to simply sweep out a trailer as needed.

    Thank You!!!

I get paid, they pay for my hotel, some of my meals, I get a sideline pass and I usually get team clothing. I only get to do it a couple times a year when we have long distance travel games.

That’s pretty cool. My first job driving was pulling a trailer for a traveling dance competition. I helped set up the stage after we loaded out into theatre, usually on a Thursday. They paid my hotel and a per diem for food. After we had the show set up, usually a couple hrs, they tossed me keys to a rental car and said see you Sunday. We would load out on Sunday night. The pay wasn’t great but it was a lot of fun. The tour ended after 7 months and I got a real job. They call me every year to see if I want to come back...
I’ve always wanted to pull a MLB Sunday Night Baseball trailer for ESPN but would have no idea how to find that job!!
