    Which Freightliner?

    The passenger side steer on Casper almost fell off 200 hundred or so miles after I picked him up.

    Half the lug nuts weren't tight.

    It's a 14 cascadia midroof 70" xt with a dd15. Xt is slightly taller.

    I bought it thinking i had a warranty. Detroit did ever thing they could to prove I didn't deserve my warranty.

    Really a bad couple of months.

    I'm thinking should I try to trade this one in and get a new one......

    Yes. The gear housing is going to need done at some point.

    With you're talent you might be able to do that.

    But he's pretty bullet proof. And the main aftertreatment was done at Cummins and still under warranty.

    Brand new steers, and the drives are only a year old.

    New clutch, carriage bearing, motor mounts, and bell housing gasket. That's like the back 1/3 of a complete overhaul.
