Hopefully I'm posting this in the right area. If not, I apologize.
I made a 30 mile haul with my Timpte Hopper Bottom trailer this morning. Got back to the farm, got out and the air bags on the trailer were twice as tall as they normally are. Over-inflated. Where do I need to start on fixing this? Thanks in advance.

Leveling valve is where I'd start.
spsauerland, not4hire, Troy_ and 1 other person Thank this. -
I had same issue at a dock I backed down into . The levelling valve flipped over and inflated bags to max pressure. Be careful I would dump air on trailer and see if it releases air then take apart levelling valve rod and reposition it correctly if it flipped.

hope not dumb twucker Thanks this.

Check the exhaust port on the leveling valve for plugged. Inspects can build nests. Especially in seasonal use applications
spsauerland Thanks this. -
Seen this happen when one axle gets parked in a hole. More common with empty light weight hoppers or tanks. It causes the bag to over extend and it makes it difficult to deflate it and in turn the others inflate to match it instead of them deflating back to normal. You have to pull the main air feed line off and let them deflate all the way down. Make sure they do not fold up abnormally. Than let them air back up and re check the leveling valve adjustment and spring system for leaks.

Update: I dumped the trailer air 3 different times and it fixed it. Thanks everyone.
