Cat engine swap

I’ve got a 94 Pete with a 3176B cat. I’m wondering how hard it would be to swap a 3zj 3406C in its place. Will i have problems with wiring and getting gauges to work switching from a electronic engine to a mechanical?

It should fit, but will be expensive if you can't fabricate. Gauges won't be a big issue.
