    I plow with an automatic, ok it isnt a class 8 tractor. Yet after having plowed with a stick, the automatic has better traction

    May want to get it on a magnetic. Otherwise it might be grounds for termination. Ask before you apply

    The newer ones like this Endurant boat anchor I drive have what they cal an "urge-to-move" function. Basically it mimics the engagement of a clutch on take off.

    Truth be told I'd still rather have the control of a manual.

    I'll see if I can get a magnetic one made. Might have to pay for custom. But then it can come off before the terminal. ;)
