I dont believe it is a matter of fleece. I believe they are asking him to consider either or of what truck he would prefer to learn on and drive. Most megas want you to drive for hem for at least 6 months for the driver to understand the costs of driving. Only after the driver has had some miles turned are they allowed to consider being fleased (fleet leased).

 

Would that be because he has not heard of the outstanding "Tri Fecta Lease Program" offered by no other than BYOB&CBD? Be a lease operator, run with with 2 of your now closest friends. What could be better? Alone? You won't know the meaning of the word! Just imagine all the fun times to be had in the 6x8 cubicle called a Freightliner.
