Barely enough to make ends meet. How do you feel about dispatchers? Ive put a family friend to drive my truck and im looking to add drivers to my team. But it doesnt seem like anyone wants to work with Dispatching services. Even if it pays well. Im sure it has to do with the fact that people are liars and theyve been burned in the past.

- Drop pay - $0 for originating pick up and final drop; $25 each for intermediate stops 1 & 2; $40 each for intermediate stops 3 & greater
- Layover pay - $75 pay after the first 24 hours
- Detention pay - $10/hour after the first 3 hours. Capped at $125 per day

I heard here on TTR that if you buy a truck, drivers will come. (Like the movie Field of Dreams). Aka Truck Owner Dreams.
