(Note that Giroux Street doesn't really exist unless you have a UTV and a set of bolt cutters.)
You come in from the north, avoiding pedestrians while driving half on the sidewalk with about a foot of clearance between the safety rail on one side and historic buildings on the other. Then you hit the pair of trees and crank a hard right, which may be easy or difficult depending on how many tourists are parked in that small lot. With a 28', which is the only legal trailer you can bring up there, you then back down towards the stub of Giroux, trying not to hit the fire hydrant. Then turn back down the road and squawk the tires trying to back at a 45* angle on a 6% grade, and squeeze up against the cliff (south leading to the hotel) and get right up to the building staircase so as to leave just enough room for vehicles to squeeze by if they have to.
Actually, this isn't the worst stop I've done in that town, but it does amaze the tourists.Blue jeans, Northeast Hillbilly, snowbird_89 and 3 others Thank this. -

I have two. Veil brewing Co. in Richmond, Va. Where the cars are in the parking lot, now is an outdoor bar. Cars parked on both sides of the street. You have to back in between the building and where the white car is. I had a Condo tractor w/53 ft trailer.
2nd was Chefs warehouse in Cincinnati, Oh. The trailers you see in google earth are 48 ft W/ daycabs or Box trucks. To leave you have to back all the way out. Oh and at the widest part in front of you is gas pumps. When dispatch called to see how it was going, I told her that this place is not big enough for an OTR tractor w/53 ft trailer. She was like a driver told me that earlier this week, but I didn't believe him. WTFAttached Files:

We also had to teach her that a two hour drive @ 70 mph in a car did not mean it would take two hours in a truck. She had no clue how to account for Pretrip, fueling, scaling, checking in, lower speed limits, mountains, or back roads.bentstrider83, Gearjammin' Penguin and Lonesome Thank this. -
Nearly any of the 7-11s in Denver. Not only is it tight, but you're fighting traffic and bums at the same time.
bentstrider83 and Jenn72 Thank this.
