Half trucking money, half nursing money.

My plan is to save $20,000 in three years, build my credit even more in the meantime and then buy a little place in Utah around the mountains. Possible?

I have some money even now, around $15,000. So I should have $35,000 in 2024.

Anything is possible if you set your mind and attitude to doing it.
I have not bought a house, yet, but I set aside $10,000 to $15,000 annually just for that purpose (Currently the Mortgage Fund -what i call it- is a ways into 6 figures). I also fully fund an IRA ($7,000 annually at my tender old age) and the first 20% of my pay goes into a company sponsored 401k. I am currently looking for a house to buy in Florida.
