That's too much snowfall to be trying to operate in if it ain't life or death.

According to the headline I thought maybe a skinny polish guy died. So I clicked on it to discover a light POLE was down.

I wonder if the driver who hit the pole was a Pole? Let’s take a poll.

Not one single driver has a plow on their vehicle. Presuming the light pole wasnt behind the suv, it wouldnt be that hard to shove the pole out of the way with a plow.

It is a regular sunny day........ in Alberta! :p

In all seriousness that's exactly what our highways look like 50% of the time in winter up here lol.

    not4hire and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

Ya, hardly ever see a "highway through hell" episode where it is not snowing.

at least the poles for the past several decades have been "breakaway" light metals, rather then the old cast iron or steel.

i had seen way too many vehicles wrapped around those old poles.
