i know, but way too many companies say that when someone speaks out of term, it does not represent the company's "core values".

this is why social media is the bane of people wanting to be vocal under thier own name and a plethora of photos of themselves.

One doesn't have to speak with words when actions speak oh so much louder than words. His actions spoke loud enough on what his intentions were.

I’m surprised how many think it’s ok to protest on a interstate but a truck driver can’t drive on it. I think people have a right to protest but not on any major road or interstate. People also need to keep in mind a lot times protesters have been violent so do you really wanna stop near them.? We all just do the best we can out here everyone just needs to do they’re jobs.

Obviously he wasn’t trying to run people over,,,, he was PROTESTING the HOS rules.
    (/sarcasm)

DA is a jack-donkey. I wonder how many rioters he’s prosecuted? He’s going for a scalp and if he’s going to prosecute “felony threats of violence” they might as well lock up the whole city. I can guarantee that statute is not universally enforced.

Equal protection under the law my shiny fat expletive.

I applied for a job once and the HR department handed me some form legal had come up with, which basically asked me to surrender my first amendment rights of free speech as a condition of employment. It had to do with social media, data leaks, public representation of the company, etc. Except it was hastily written as a sort of catch all for all of the above. I had my concerns about it, and asked the HR person if this was really required. I told her, “this document really comes close to being illegal, but I’m not of a mood to fight it at this time.” (Full disclosure, I did get the job, but was terminated later for entirely other reasons.)

I’m very disappointed in the lack of solidarity here. No wonder we’re never going to be able to organize a national strike for anything. I’d like to know the outcome of this trial, so hopefully you guys won’t get this thread locked down. But I have better things to do than wade through 20 more pages of armchair quarterbacking.

They started 3 hours early . Ramps would have been blocked off if the “protesters “ would have waited till their permit started .

If anyone is charged it should be the protestors and enforcement agencies that allowed this to happen!” Rep. Cal Bahr.

    One can only hope,,,
