Just someone's opinion that doesn't matter, I like old iron but if i had to choose it would be the Gen 5 DD15 that's coming out or the D13/MP8 with TC

Not a fan of Volvos either. Their trucks are just as ugly as their cars.

Cars and trucks are different companies. Volvo sold the cars to Ford in 1999 who then ended up selling to some Chinese company that still own it.

Volvo Car Group (Volvo Cars) is owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding (Geely Holding) of China. Volvo Cars formed part of the Swedish Volvo Group until 1999, when the company was bought by Ford Motor Company.

Freightliner are nice but the Detroit Diesel One Box emissions seem to go bad at about 600,000 miles. The repair for new one Box is about $12,000. Another post someone just went bad at 500,000 miles and they just got the truck 2 months ago. Not sure if Cummins still has the emissions part as separate and replaceable parts.
