Some people don't want help. Quit trying a long time ago.

Never got defensive until every other post was insulting towards me. And I will never listen to people who are clearly not helping. A few posts have helped. But most were just insults.

That's pretty common around here if people think even for a second the poster may be a troll. Not saying you are but it's a regular occurrence at TTR.

go back and reread you're OP , it was a whine fest full of "I'm perfect, my company is out to get me"

you couldn't make delivery times (according to you) and when they gave you runs they were sure you could make you threw a fit. your post was full of anger and arrogance and when some members pointed this out you attacked them.

you didn't want help, you wanted to vent

Filing a complaint against a company is kinda like telling your brother or sister "I'm gonna tell mom on you"

Life is too short, just move on and chalk it up as a bad experience.

You must not have read much on this board.
What you should expect from dispatch.
    What is expected from you.
    How to quit.
Is this your first driving job?
How long have you been working at this company?

    SoulScream84 and buddyd157 Thank this.

Just how many "unsafe loads" did you decline. This isn't an 8-5 M-F job.

Cry us a river, you couldn't handle the job. Once you admit that you're the common denominator in your problems, only then can you can start to fix things.

    wis bang Thanks this.

I think everybody has made their point here.
Now, what can we do to help the guy? He's already been told what he's doing wrong...let's show him the way to do things right.

Numb, AModelCat, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this.
