So been with the company 6 months and love every day I get to work. 2 weeks I was upgraded from a 2015 KW 680 manual transmission to a 2019 KW 680 with an automatic, ( its pumpkin orange) it takes some getting used to, still reach Into the abyss to shift gears on a stick that isn’t there. But I drive 180 miles a day and am home EVERYDAY by 1400 hrs so I’ll take it.
My DM called the other day and said the powers that be, have selected a group of about 100 drivers to be upgraded to BRAND NEW trucks starting in Feb and out of ALL the drivers I was selected to get a 2022 KW 680 will have 120 miles on it... Yes I know “ brand new trucks bring brand new issues” but when I worked at Crum Trucking I was driving a 2011 Volvo with over a million miles so I’ll take it.
