I drove local and long haul for them for 3 years. This is what I saw, take it with a grain or two of salt.
PROS: Small accidents will not get you fired. Great freight locally but forced dispatch and punishment if you don't go along with it. VERY low pay going to California, very heavy freight almost all of the time. Company won't play favorites with other drivers as long as you do your job. If you are local and you have to take a day off cause of truck problems they will start pressuring you to go long haul. You will make much less due to fuel. The pay roll lady in charge of payroll is spot on and does not make mistakes. I #### you not, she was good
CONS: 10k deductible for owner operators. Only get 70% take home on top of 80 a month admin fee, log book fees, paperwork fees etc. Insurance is 200-250 dollars higher than other places which charge 500-600 a month. One guy had an accident and they tricked him into signing new contract paperwork to get his truck out of the shop. That new paperwork included the 10k deductible that was not present on old contract. Then they made him pay it. I know because I had my truck leased to them . If you turn trips down because of what they pay, you will end up paying for it with fewer loads.

Market has always run O/O's heavy to CA and back, won't meet the fuel then. Have a friend that had 7 trucks on there between 1985-2004.
