I did zip ties for a while too. I write it off on taxes. This is a great product. Plus it helps state police not screw stuff up when you have different style chambers throughout.

you can go lay on the ground all you want to get your exact push stroke readings.
I got the anti seize cotter pins too for $5 each, they work perfect. Calling another man stupid because he invests into himself for the long run is funny to me. Anyways, you and your zip ties have a great dayLast edited: Nov 9, 2020

I only lay on the ground when I need to adjust. The gap between shoe and drum tells me my stroke is too long.

Just don't insist that that everyone else should use them and that because they don't they're wrong. -
then came the “oh you don’t need that” “use zip ties” “ k.i.s.s”
I really don’t. Care. What people choose to do out here. It’s their business. I’ll never force someone my ways. I’ll say what I do, as a contribution, then it’s on you.

One thing the gadgets don't do is get you under your truck to look for other problems, as you should be doing on a regular basis... like when you're greasing your truck. However, if you don't own your truck and are just a driver then hopefully there is someone else doing that (although part of being a professional driver is fully knowing what condition your truck is in).
AModelCat Thanks this. -

Don't know why you would have to get on the ground to see zip ties. What one person will spend on their own truck is their business. Would cost me over 12K to put on all my tractors/trailers plus my shop time. Maybe i should have abbreviated it to to K.I.S. so it wouldn't upset you.
