We just had a driver transfer in from the Buffalo barn

He said it was late start times for the junior guys and expect to do a ton of night time dock work once you complete your route. Of course the entire company is union, so you can expect to jump through their hoops as well. He said when he got in early, he was not allowed to leave until every senior driver came in after him. I can pick his brain tomorrow if I see him. Let me know what direct questions you have.

 

If you get on get hand warmers and the best set of coveralls you can find. The dock isn't heated and you will be there until close out every night most likely. I'd be nervous hiring on at this time of year. January, February and March are the slowest months of the year for ltl. The health benefits will take 3-5 months to get depending on your start date.
