Anyone got advice for how to get a drugged mastiff who's had surgery to lie down? I'm afraid he's going to break a table.

Lie down next to him with a brand new beef bone.
Or get one of these Kong chew toys you can stick treats in. It was a gift from the OM to her assistant.

Get a can of starting ether. It just needs a whif of it. Spray it in a rag and hold it near the dogs nose. As soon as it starts to go down pull the rag away. Neighbor does that when he needs to pull porcupine quills out of the dogs face. I swear that husky isnt terribly bright (Berny).

Ended up being just a short in the marker lights on the trailer. Took all day to get it fixed.

Hahaha that is usually the question i ask myself when i get a load like this that needs tarped. Wore me out. 6 hours to pad the corners and tarp it . And one of the guys helped me the whole way. Probably a 8 hour tarp job on my own.

Dont forget the cherry on top, all in the snow so that tarp and deck were nice and slick.

Yep my tarps were frozen, was like wrestling a bear to get them unfolded. . Was snowing the whole time too , 20 degrees. Definatly marking that one up to the toughest tarp job of the year.
