WARNING All in trucking

I worked there and quit in March 2020z. What a ####ing disgrace they are . I was at the office when one of the dispatchers threw a driver off the truck at a truck stop because he wouldn’t do what he said . The director Josh is a nut case .

 

It should be law that if you are required to have an escrow account in order to driver for a company. That escrow should be placed in an interest bearing account.

 

I never really understood the “escrow” thing. It’s like a security payment in case you damage the truck or get in accident? So they can get away with it because they hire drivers on 1099. I would NEVER pay into that. Can’t believe people still do it.

 

It’s how they do! I was told. The Russians and the rest of the “ians “ should not be allowed to get a DOT number.
They are all crooks

 

Yup. I've done work for those folks up there when I was rehabbing my career. The make you sign these documents saying that you will pay escrow. I signed those documents. I remember thinking upon reading the paperwork, " These folks are crooks. They're ####ing me." They got quite a bit of money out of me....altogether about 5k. 2k was for escrow. Another 2k for when I hit a deer. I can't remember the rest. I made ok money after withholding taxes. I just used them to bide time till an accident fell off my record, one year. That year came, and went. It's pretty obvious they are crooks. I went back and forth with them on use of PC and unplugging the Elog. I remember one time I ran out of hours and they booked a short load for me. I ran out of time while loading. Just so the broker wouldn't go broke due to my company's inconsiderate ways, the broker paid me under the table to take that load across town. That brokerage would have been fined 20k per hour during my 10hr break. The Russians and Eastern European folks give 0 ####s. So when you go to a Chicagoland company, that's paying 1099, its obvious what it is once you get up there. There are W2 companies up there, like GP Transco, Merx Global, but these fly by night places.....you don't go there unless your career is screwed up.

 

This is normal in Chicago with those Eastern European companies. I've been doing this for about 20 years they all do the same thing

 

paying into escrow for a job.. says a lot about the talent they hire....

 

Im working on just that driver i need every one that worked for this company to call me and i will e-mail you the proper forms I got a work lawyer on this and contacted dot this place owes my 3 weeks worth but i will pay 10 times that to see them go under
