Mine does the exact same thing. I've been told it's a problem with many automatics. I've also been told it's fixable via change in a computer setting. Don't know if that's true. I usually just cuss a lot when it happens.

Mine does exact same thing. But in last week it has got worse. Canny ease backwards. It lunges. Does same think in low. Just not as bad.

Very difficult to diagnose and fix this issue.

You can get the transmission settings changed. They now have Urge to Move, Creep Mode, and Blended pedal. The software changes were made to address slow speed manoverability.

Is this available to the T680 2017 ? Through a kenworth dealer ?

I'm having the same problem, specially if the dock is uphill.

Yes and if you get good at it feather that fuel pedal just right you could soft click your kingpin into the lock just takes practice

I'll put it in reverse then try to push the pedal lightly it won't go so I'll push a little harder still won't go can a tiny bit harder not much more and then it will go super fast so I have to slam on the brakes at the same time it shakes the cab so much I've been told it's just a Kenworth automatic T680.

l have the same issue with the reverse for so long, until l changed the tramission setting to creep mode. Now l do not have that issue anymore.
